A Few From 09'
After a long flat-spell this summer, we had a very good fall season. Alot of good waves nice winds, and swells that lasted weeks, here a few nice captures from lome local folks who are kind enough to document some nice rides when they arent in the water. I loaned a board out to local Steven Mclean to see what he could do with it, and we got a few capures of him throwing around a 9-3 log in some slop at the Cocoa Beach Pier. (Thanks Dawn Castle!!) A couple from the O-Club (Dan Mahoney), a few from D at BoardHead's Deli out at 8th Street. Grant Castle got caught catching a right on his new Alaia. (thanks a billion guys and gals!
Choppy Leftovers Nov 08'
A couple shots from the pier.
Greg Zelner and I spent the day trying out new shapes and we found some good waves down south a bit. It WAS a real nice day, but the wind decided to chop it up a bit by 4pm. We headed back north, went out for a quick session before dark and got these pics. Nothing special but we had some fun.
All boards are handmade, one at a time with select lumber, and can be built to suit. Natural Finish or Water Based Stain can be applied before glassing, then each board is coated with 6oz Glass and Exopy Resin and finished with spar varnish for UV protection. High gloss buffed finish is available at extra cost. Please see my FAQ section for more info on hollow wooden surfboards (HWS)
